The Opportunity

Improve the performance of your organization by developing your feminine talents

  • Companies whose governing bodies are made up of at least a quarter women have an average profit that is 20% higher than the average profit of organizations with a lower percentage of women in their governing bodies, in their sector
  • Women can also bring working methods that improve decision making including: openness to new perspectives, collaboration, inclusiveness, and more ethics and equity.
  • Female leaders tend to foster better organizational relationships with their clients due to women's ability to empathize.

What’s at Stake

Equipping women in their journey to help them maintain a high level of motivation and loyalty

We interviewed nearly 200 women with university degrees working in private or governmental organizations in West Africa.

  • A majority of them find it difficult to balance their professional and personal lives
  • They aspire to have more freedom, less constraints and mental burdens. As a result, over time, they tend to distance themselves emotionally from their organization, which impacts their motivation
  • All these women express the need to be trained and supported, particularly by mentors

Naaw is...

  • Personalized courses according to the type of challenge each woman encounters
  • A  long-term accompaniment
  • Easy to use, with access from PCs and smartphones
  • Affordable and flexible prices
  • A space dedicated to the organization for a more reliable follow-up of the program (reports, etc.)
Readily available courses relevant to various different professional profiles, easy to manage for HR departments and financially accessible

Complementary Services

Systemic work across the organization to enable more women in leadership position

Through Beautiful Soul, we support the efforts of organizations to introduce greater diversity into their decision-making bodies:

  • A gender barometer gives a gender snapshot of the organization; the organization receives a report that analyses the perception of its employees on its gender practices.
  • Facilitation of dialogues, collaborative interviews at all levels of the company to clarify certain issues, identify strengths and build a vision and a collective project for gender diversity.
  • Trainings for recruiters (Functional Managers, HR) to understand the conscious and unconscious biases that influence the recruitment and promotion of women.
  • The deployment of concrete actions resulting from the organization's collective project (mentoring and coaching programs, implementation of a talent management process, etc.).
